Orders & Delivery 📦

Orders are usually delivered within 1 to 2 business days. At checkout you can choose which day you want to receive your package.

Yes, as soon as your order has been shipped you will receive a track & trace code by email.
We work with reliable partners such as DHL, PostNL and Bpost.

Sure! During checkout you can choose delivery to a pick-up point of your choice.

Shipping costs will be calculated automatically during checkout depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

Payment 💳

You can pay safely with us using iDEAL, credit card, Bancontact, PayPal and more.
Absolutely. Our webshop uses secure payment gateways and SSL certificates to protect your data.

Returns & Warranty 🔁

You can return your order up to 30 days after receipt, as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging.

Want to return your item(s)? Check out our returns page for more information and follow the steps there.

We charge a small fee of €2.99 for returns. For this you will receive a return label and the administration will be arranged properly.
We will refund the purchase amount within 14 days of receiving the return package.
You receive a standard 1 year warranty on all our products. Damage due to wear and tear or incorrect use is not covered.

Yes, you can also find our products via bol.com, where we have built up positive reviews.
Yes, all products visible in the webshop are in stock, unless stated otherwise.
