At YonoShop we want you to be happy with your purchase. Still not satisfied? No problem. We make sure that returns or a warranty claim is simple and clear.
1. 14 days reflection period
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return the product.
We don't see a return as the end of our relationship, but as an opportunity to convince you of our service. That's why we make the return process as smooth as possible.

2. Conditions for returns
The product must be returned, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories supplied.
NB:
If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to assess it, you may be charged for the depreciation. Therefore, treat the product with care and ensure that it is returned properly packaged.
Products that are excluded from the right of withdrawal (such as hygiene products with a broken seal) cannot be returned.
Always include the return form for correct processing.
3. Refund
Upon receipt of the return shipment and if the product has been received in good order, we will refund the full order amount including any standard shipping costs within 14 days of return notification, using the same payment method as the purchase was made.
Only the costs for return shipping from your home to us are at your own expense. These are approximately €7.25 per package, consult the website of your carrier for this.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee
Not completely satisfied? No problem. You can return your order within 14 days, without giving a reason. Until you are sure whether you will keep the product, we ask that you treat it with care.
5. Warranty – 1 year
All our products have a 1-year warranty for normal use and for manufacturing or material defects. This warranty does not apply to:
Wear and tear from normal use
Damage due to improper use, falling or moisture
Third party repairs or incorrect installation
Was your product delivered defective or incomplete? Report this within 48 hours via our contact page . We will solve it for you quickly.
6. Automation & Customer Service
We strive to automate the returns process as much as possible, so that you can be helped quickly without lengthy email exchanges. Do you still need help? Our team is here for you.
7. Feedback & Improvement
In order to continuously improve our service, we sometimes send a short feedback question after a return. In the initial phase we do this more often in order to be able to optimize.
