Welcome to YonoShop. By placing an order on our webshop, you agree to the terms and conditions below.

2. Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements concluded via the YonoShop website. Deviations from these conditions are only valid if agreed in writing.

3. Offer and prices
All prices on our website are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of shipping costs, unless otherwise stated. Offers are valid while supplies last or during the indicated campaign period. YonoShop reserves the right to change prices and products.

4. Order and payment
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Payment can be made via the payment methods offered on the website. Your order will only be processed after payment has been successfully completed.

5. Delivery and shipping costs
We do our best to ship your order as soon as possible. The expected delivery time is indicated with each product. If a product is not in stock, you will be notified. Shipping costs are clearly stated during checkout.

6. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return the product.

After notification of the return, YonoShop has 14 days to refund the full order amount, including any shipping costs.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from the use that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.

Return costs are for your own account, unless otherwise agreed. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

7. Returns and complaints
If a product is defective or not to your liking, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work together to find a suitable solution. Complaints must be reported within a reasonable period. We aim to handle complaints within 14 days.

8. Warranty
Our products are covered by the statutory warranty. This means that a product must be in good condition and must function properly under normal use.

9. Liability
YonoShop is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or lost profit. YonoShop's liability is always limited to the amount of the order in question.

10. Privacy
Your personal data will be treated with care and will only be used to process your order. For more information, please consult our privacy policy on the website.

11. Disputes and applicable law
These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Disputes can be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
