As Webshop Manager you are responsible for the full operation and growth of our own webshop. You are busy optimizing the customer experience, improving product pages, keeping up with trends and increasing conversions every day. A varied role with a lot of responsibility – and a lot of room for creativity.
What are you going to do?
As Webshop Manager you take control of everything that happens in our webshop.
• You manage the product range and ensure up-to-date, attractive product listings
• You perform conversion optimizations based on user data
• You think about UX/UI and continuously improve the shopping experience
• You keep a close eye on stock and prices and communicate with the right departments
• You monitor the visual style and tone of voice of the webshop
What are you bringing?
• Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce or similar
• Affinity with online customer experience and digital sales
• You work in a structured and independent manner, but are also creative and solution-oriented
• Experience with conversion optimization, A/B testing or tools such as Hotjar is a plus
